Syntax: cast 'super heal' <target>
This spell casts 'heal' twice. The caster receives a small bonus for
healing others. The exp bonus does not count if the caster is healing
himself, if he has 'toggle noexp' turned on, or if the person being healed
is at 100%.
Super heal has a cool down of 20 seconds while in battle. However, when not
fighting, the cooldown does not stop you from casting super heal.
